The Fire Advisory Board meets quarterly every year. During the months of December and February the Advisory Board meets to review any potential changes resulting from the election of a new Chief officer from the 2 fire companies. The Advisory Board reviews the volunteer Chief's qualifications and make the necessary recommendations to City Council as to appointments of the intended position. The Advisory Board was also designed to resolve disputes and to make recommendations to the fire companies and the City of Coatesville pertaining to Fire Department issues. |
